Cats are allowed with a $25 per month, per cat, nonrefundable pet fee. Dogs are not permitted.

How long are your leases?

Our leases are 12 months. We do not rent month to month or for 6 months increments.

How are packages delivered to my apartment?

Packages are received at the main office during office hours. (please address the package to your apartment, including your apartment number).

 

What do I do if there’s an after-hours maintenance emergency?
