Applying for tenancy at Cass and Ferry Apartments is easy! Simply follow the steps below:

 

1. Call the office at (313) 915-5533 to schedule a tour!

 

2. Click on the "Apply" button to view and print the application form. Each individual over the age of 18 who will be living in the apartment must fill out an application.

 

• The cost per primary applicant and cosigner is $25 each.

 

• In order for your application to be processed, you must have both your application fees and security deposit at time of application.  The security deposit is always equal in value to the rental rate (For an apartment that rents at $595/month, the security deposit would be $595).

 

• Please bring one check for the application fees and one check for the security deposit. In the event you are not approved we will give back the security deposit check, the application fee is non refundable.

 

• We accept Personal Check or Money Order as forms of payment for the application fees and security deposit. We do not accept cash.

 

3. Mail or deliver your application(s) and payment to the leasing office, located at 100 W Ferry Apt 1, Detroit, MI, 48202. If you choose to deliver your application and payment in person and the office is closed, please place all materials in the mail slot inside the entrance of 100 W. Ferry.
